Welcome to WalkThePilgrimsPath.com, operated by Gubbio Studios, LLC, a media production company based in St. Louis, Missouri. We publish books and creative media that illuminate sacred places through photography and storytelling. These policies apply to all orders placed through this site.

Return & Refund Policy

All book sales are final unless the product arrives damaged or defective. If your order is damaged in transit or has a printing defect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at [email protected] and include your order number with photos of the issue.

Upon review, we will send a replacement copy at no additional cost once the damaged item is returned to:

Refunds are issued only when a replacement cannot be provided. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Signed or personalized copies are not eligible for return or refund unless damaged in transit.

Cancellation Policy

Pre-orders may be canceled any time before shipment by emailing [email protected] with your order number. Once your order has shipped, the sale is considered final and cannot be canceled. Duplicate orders placed in error will be refunded if intercepted before fulfillment.

Shipping & Legal Notice

Orders are processed and shipped by Gubbio Studios, LLC via USPS Media Mail unless otherwise noted. Most orders ship within 7 business days of payment. Customers receive a tracking number upon shipment.

We currently ship to U.S. addresses only. International shipping will be added as distribution expands. All shipments comply with U.S. postal and export regulations. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal disruptions, incorrect addresses, or events beyond our control such as weather or natural disasters.

  1. Seller Identity – All transactions are processed by Gubbio Studios, LLC, a media production company based in St. Louis, Missouri.
  2. Product Description – The primary product offered is the print book Walk the Pilgrim’s Path: Discover the Black Madonna Shrine & Hidden Grottos of the Ozarks, along with related creative media.
  3. Payment Processing – Payments are securely handled by Stripe Payments US Inc. Your credit-card statement will display “Gubbio Studios LLC.”
  4. Accuracy of Information – Customers agree to provide accurate billing and shipping information. We reserve the right to cancel any order with incomplete or unverifiable details.
  5. Pricing & Availability – Prices, promotions, and availability may change without notice. We are not responsible for typographical errors or discontinued products.
  6. Intellectual Property – All text, photography, and design elements on this site are © 2025 Jeanette McDermott / Gubbio Studios, LLC. No part may be reproduced without written permission.
  7. Privacy – Customer information is used solely to fulfill orders and communicate about your purchase. Data is never sold or shared. Payments are encrypted and processed securely through Stripe.
  8. Limitation of Liability – Gubbio Studios, LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this site or products purchased herein.
  9. Governing Law – These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, USA.
